Why do I coach?
“I coach because I have a passion for volleyball and love being able to share the sport with others. I am so excited to meet new faces! I am thrilled to coach the cubs and help them fall in love with volleyball just the same way I did.”
Why the philosophy of coaching "person first, athlete second" is important to me:
“I love what Blacktooth stands for — person first, athlete second — I think volleyball has such a deeper meaning because of the lessons I was taught and the connections I got to make with my teammates and coaches. Being a good person is so much more than just being a good athlete.”
