Andrea Hauber

As our Treasurer, Andrea plays an instrumental role in keeping the operational and administrative side of Blacktooth Volleyball running seamlessly. She ensures all athletes and coaches are fully AAU/USAV compliant and handles the creation and validation of official rosters, making sure our teams are always eligible and ready to compete.

In addition to these responsibilities, Andrea helps manage the club’s budget, tracks expenses, and keeps the board informed with regular financial updates. She ensures that all transactions are transparent and well-documented, maintaining a high level of accountability and organization within the club.

Her go-get-it attitude, organization, and dependability make her an invaluable member of our board. She’s a steady, reliable presence who helps ensure every season runs smoothly for our athletes, coaches, and families alike.

Get to know Andrea

“I am married and have a son and daughter. I work full-time for Sheridan County in the Planning and Engineering Department. I have been with the County for 17.5 years.”

What is something you enjoy about the club experience at Blacktooth?

“I feel Blacktooth provides a very inviting and accepting environment for all the athletes and families. It provides a feeling of belonging.”

What you are looking forward to most for the upcoming season and serving on the BVC board?

“I am looking forward to continuing to watch the kids grow in a positive way and have a blast while doing so. I want to help the club continue to grow to be able to provide a positive experience for more kids in the years to come.”

Why is Blacktooth’s philosophy of "person first, athlete second" important to you?

“The philosophy of Blacktooth is important to me because I feel they help instill ethics, morals, and accountability for all the kids. Instilling these values not only helps with sports, but carries over to the rest of their lives. This also shows the kids that coaches see them as individuals and not just as athletes.”

Other Tidbits

“I love the outdoors. While it may be as simple as taking care of our cows, fishing, or paddle boarding with my daughter, I like to connect with nature. I am always up for an adventure with my family.”
